Broken Chains Ministries, Inc. (BCMI) is a family focused faith-based nonprofit organization, providing reentry and aftercare services to the offender, ex-offender, and families of incarcerated individuals since 2006. BCMI offers a variety of programs to help former offenders return to the community as productive and responsible citizens.
Broken Chains Ministries works with some of the most under-served people within our county assisting them in reaching and obtaining
goals like acquiring a general-education diploma, a secondary degree, job skills training, and any other assistance needed to become self-
sufficient in life.

Our organization is dedicated to fulfilling an assignment mandated by God, .."when I was in prison ye
visited me not". We have found that as the church fulfills it's mandate, both the church and the ex-offender become blessed and do what pleases the heart of God.
We are committed to:
Serving Ex-Offenders - To penetrate this silent community through the use of personal contacts, referrals, corrections, service, etc. | ||

Ministering to the Ex-Offender - We exist to be an active voice for ex-offenders and raise awareness of their needs by being a resource for employers seeking to hire dependable individuals with the skills that match their compamies needs, housing developers who are seeking to fill apartments and houses within the community, as well as community agencies who are willing to assist ex-offenders with resouces that mee their needs. | ||

BCMI Office Hours
The BCMI office in POLK County, FL is open from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, except holidays for Reentry Services. All potential clients must set up an appointment to be seen by a Reentry Case Manager.
